RAPP Australia Pty Ltd offers scheduled on-site and off-site servicing and repairs of a range of products requiring such work. The company supplies a network of authorised agents around Australia whom are accredited by RAPP Australia Pty Ltd to perform servicing and repairs to the highest standard, thus providing countrywide service.

Warranties are offered with all items, with some warranties offered above and beyond the original manufacturers’ requirements. Emergency repairs and quick despatch to any location in Australia is also available.

Volunteer and Fundraiser Information

Country Fire Authority
RAPP Australia Pty Ltd is based in rural Victoria; as such, it supports staff whom are volunteers in the emergency services, particularly the Country Fire Authority.

The company’s volunteers range from production staff, sales and even the Managing Director. Ensuring their safety is part of RAPP Australia Pty Ltd’s motivation in making and supplying great products.

Leukaemia Foundation
In 2001, a director of RAPP Australia Pty Ltd passed away from leukaemia, aged 39, leaving two daughters aged three and six without a mother.

In her memory, each year the company sponsors staff and friends in the fire and emergency services to join in the World’s Greatest Head Shave, a fundraiser for research into this devastating disease. For more information, please visit the Leukaemia Foundation’s website here.

Committed to Sustainability
